I am Alex Turetsky. For more than twenty years I have shipped software at scale, for some of the biggest tech companies and for small teams that needed to move fast. Apotropos points all of that at the SNF back office.
I went looking at how the back office actually runs.
I built a platform for SNF operators that pulls data straight out of PointClickCare and automated the reporting and manual pulls that ate hours every week. Doing that, I watched the rest of the back office up close. Eligibility, claims, and Medicaid pending, all worked by hand, one resident at a time, and all the first thing to slip when the floor gets busy. That is the work Apotropos takes off the desk.

Apps shipped in six months
At Runaway Studios I planned and delivered 156 educational apps in half a year, thirteen times what our closest competitor managed, across four teams. Built and advised for Disney, Microsoft, Barnes and Noble, Leapfrog, and Amazon, including three Alexa skills commissioned directly.
Fast, reliable systems, long before the apps
I was a software architect on high-volume, low-latency systems: routing logic for US Transportation Command — the joint command at Scott Air Force Base that moves the entire US military — ad controls at web scale, and build pipelines I cut from forty-five minutes to thirty seconds. Making slow, manual things fast is the whole job.
The method has not changed. The tools have.

What is new is that AI agents can finally handle the messy, unstructured back-office work that older automation never could.
Talmud, then Computer Science, then a lot of chaotic calendars.
I spent six years studying Talmudic Law before I earned a master's in Computer Science at Johns Hopkins, so I am comfortable sitting with a hard, detailed problem until it actually makes sense. And for three years I coached driven people with ADHD on taming chaotic workflows. A back office and a busy mind fail the same way: too many open loops, and nothing handed off cleanly. Apotropos closes the loops.
